Full Tilt Poker Continues to Stack Their Roster with Talent, Adds Kaibuxxe to their Team

Full Tilt Poker has added yet another poker phenom to their roster, signing Nikolaus "Kaibuxxe" Jedlicka to a deal.

Jedlicka has burst onto the scene in the past six months, destroying the high limit Pot Limit Omaha cash games on both Full Tilt Poker and Pokerstars (he plays on Pokerstars under the name "RealAndyBeal.") Kaibuxxe is one of the biggest winners in the high limit online PLO games this year. Considering the names that play the nosebleed PLO games, this is quite the accomplishment.

Full Tilt Poker makes another savvy move and signs another young, mainly online player with a lot of buzz. When you add this signing to the Jared Hamby and Jon Turner signings, Full Tilt Poker suddenly has a roster of some of the best young poker players in the world. Plus, Kaibuxxe has a big following in Europe, which I am sure Full Tilt Poker considered before they signed him.

Full Tilt Poker seems to have continued with their pattern of signing players that had a tremendous amount of success online, but have also seen some success playing live. Jedlicka recently came in 7th at the EPT Barcelona.

Zur Zeit treibt auf den Omaha High PL-Tischen auf Full Tilt ein relativ unbeschriebenes Blatt sein Unwesen und lehrt die arrivierten Spielern das Fürchten.

Gemeint ist der Wiener Niki Jedlicka, der sich auf Full Tilt (Nickname: KaiBuxxe) in diesem Monat schon ein Plus von ca. 1.300.000 $ erspielt hat.

Der jüngere Bruder von Pokerspieler Stefan Jedlicka, konnte sich heuer aber auch schon bei dem einen oder anderen Live-Event auszeichnen, so gewann er zB im Juni das Main Event der Austrian Masters 2007 ($ 2.000 No Limit Hold´em), was ihm über 94.000 $ Preisgeld einbrachte.

Die beiden Jedlicka-Brüder waren vor ihrer Pokerkarriere übrigens in der “Magic: The Gathering” (Sammelkartenspiel)-Szene aktiv vertreten.

Iron Man Mid-Year Bonus

The top seven players in each group will be paid at the end of every two-hour block:

Overall Leaderboards

There is also an Overall Leaderboard for each group over the entire 48-hour period. The Overall Leaderboard is determined by the best performance in one of the two-hour time periods. There is no cumulative calculation with the Overall Leaderboards.

So, if a player in Group A earns 100 points for the 22:00 ET to 00:00 ET period on Friday and then 150 points for the 00:00 ET to 02:00 ET period on Saturday, it’s only the 150 points that will be reflected on the Overall Leaderboard.

The top two players in each group’s Overall Leaderboard will meet in a $5K Sit & Go Freeroll where the top three places will be paid. The Freeroll will take place the following weekend – Saturday, August 9th at 16:30 ET. So even if you put up a high score in one of the two-hour blocks, it pays to keep trying to best your score.
