Texas Calculatem™ for Windows

Recent Changes:
- Classic Poker supported again.
- Fix for reading suit wrong on Poker.com.
- Fix for Bodog small resolution computers (800*600).
- Fixes for Full Tilt table size 2 & 6 of standard skin.

Other recent changes:
- Fixed a bug with the pre-flop sliders
- Fixed a misread on CD Poker
- Fixed for updates on all iPoker clients (Noble, etc)
- Updated for new versions of Empire and Pacific
- Fixed some issues with Party Poker
- Fixed card reading issues in Poker Plex
- Fixed 2 player tables on William Hill and other Crypto rooms
- Fixed issue causing long pause at beginning of each hand for some users
- Fixed bug where app would freeze occasionally on slower Internet connections
